Do you have a good biscuit recipe? I have came across a few from time to time, & some deserve & do get a second chance, I came across a recipe for whole wheat biscuits & decided to give them a try, they look good, don’t they?
the taste was good, therefore I will give them a second chance, they didn’t rise all that much but that could be because I didn’t make them thick enough, the recipe calls for the oven to be on 450 I think that’s a little high for my oven, making them cook way too fast but all in all they were eatable with scrambled eggs & my homemade peach jam, so will I give this recipe a second chance? sure I will, what will I do different? make them thicker & lower the oven temp
