from week one of this weight loss journey we said we will control the diet & not the other way around, we’re coming to the end of week four, mercy almost a month ! I went by the Mall last night & tried on cloths just for fun & oh what a good feeling to stand there with the size you are “now”on & it to be too big , so have we’ve done things we probably shouldn’t have? absolutely! lol! like when I made the cobbler, that’s cool whip on top of there which makes it way more healthier lol!
