do you cook with fresh herbs? this is my first attempt with fresh herbs, I rubbed olive oil on sliced red potatoes & laid a few sprigs of rosemary across them, cooked till tender on 350
they complimented fresh corn on the cob & turnip greens, I found it interesting how the rosemary could give a nice flavor for the potatoes yet alone was very bitter, raking them off with my fork wasn’t a problem, getting them mixed up in the greens was lol! maybe I shouldn’t had added them whole? like I say I’m experimenting with herbs so any advice would be welcomed !
