not this beach , oh but how I’d love to go back
but it’s time to go back to this beach
it’s not been quite a year since we went to the beach on a dolphin cruise & I can no longer get into my jean capris ughhh!
we both were looking pretty good lol!
my niece graduated high school this year, she makes us look good! and how does Terry’s dad stay so little lol!
have you ever noticed that the word DIET has the word DIE in it? but we are determined we will make it! for the Bible promises we shall not die but live & declare the works of the Lord (Psalms 118:17)
so come along on this journey with us, see how creative we get with our food, the first two weeks are mainly meats & veggies then you can start pulling fruits & grains back into your diet
did you know that presentation makes everything taste better? just look how yummy plain van. yogurt looks in a pretty teacup
red peppers & onions sautéed in just a touch of olive oil, slightly brown beef patties on both sides then add peppers & onions back to the skillet with the beef patties & bake for 30-35 min,I removed the peppers & onions again & added a few shots of worcestershire sauce to the beef patties & baked on broil for about 2 min, fresh sliced tomatoes & green beans with a touch of butter makes for a good supper,if there’s no room on the plate for bread then you don’t miss it lol!
the white plates just makes all the bright red from the peppers just pop with yumminess!
taken slow & easy, sugar free pudding with a dab of cool whip & a pecan for good measure makes for a just right dessert
salad’s been made, is it just me or do I see a smiley face in the salads? lol!
the exercise room’s been tweaked
the fridge’s been tweaked & stocked
SO COME ON DIET! BRING IT ON!
