the smaller they are the less calories right? lol! & scratch lowers the calorie count right?& if you spray the skillet with Pam it's like you never ate them right? any kind of weight loss journey, the key to success is to control the diet & not let it control you, you can own a thousand diet books & they all say the same, it’s about portion & control, my tablespoon portioned pancakes cured the craving with just enough sweetness to satisfy till I get back to the store for salad fixings & things to try out some new main meal recipes
